Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Item Not Received, Parcels Damaged in Transit & Cancellations

Item Not Received:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If tracking details are unavailable or indicate an issue, contact our support team for assistance. Claims for missing items must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. Contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the damage extent.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need assistance with a cancellation, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.
